Bulimba Festival is excited to introduce an exciting new networking opportunity for the growing corporate community living in the area, the 'Long Lunch on Oxford'.

Taking place in the middle of a closed Oxford Street, 150 guests will sit outdoors on long tables and dine on a 3 course lunch with wines, provided by boutique caterer Zen Catering. Guests will be provided with a booklet containing a brief biography of all in attendance.

All funds raised by The Long Lunch on Oxford go to the Returned & Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) to allow the organisation to continue their vital work in the Veteran and currently serving ADF community.

Australian Music Legends 'Mental as Anything', and 'Ross Wilson' from Daddy Cool will headline the Bulimba Festival with other acts including local Brisbane band Prefontaine (Nee Wayward Gentleman), The Frets and Russ Walker duo.

The 2011 Bulimba Festival is being relaunched on Sunday 28th August 2011 along prestigious Oxford Street in Bulimba.

Starting at 10am and running into the afternoon this free festival celebrates the tastes and sensations of the area.

With headlining acts including Australian music legends Mental as Anything, and Ross Wilson from Daddy Cool, the Bulimba Festival is guaranteed to be an exciting day out.

Oxford Street boutiques will be open for business plus there will be 100 stalls at the Bulimba Festival showcasing local talent in fashion and homewares.
